The result of this macro is a const-integer that equals the count of digital-characters with the negative-sign(if it's lower than zero) when (_Type_)_Integer_ is a deciminal integer.
A compiling error would happen if the parameter is other than a valid integer type name.

Samples:

DECIMAL_DIGIT_COUNT_OF(int, 456) is 3;
DECIMAL_DIGIT_COUNT_OF(long, -456) is 4;
DECIMAL_DIGIT_COUNT_OF(WORD, -1) is 5, for the (WORD)-1 identicals to 65535;
