The result of this macro is a const-integer that equals the maximum possible needed the count of digital-characters with the negative-sign(if it's lower than zero) when (_Type_)_Integer_ is a deciminal integer.
A compiling error would happen if the parameter is other than a valid integer type name.

Samples:

LENGTH_FOR_TXT_BUFFER_DECIMAL(WORD) is 5 ("65535");
LENGTH_FOR_TXT_BUFFER_DECIMAL(char) is 4 ("-128").
